Crystal Bowls are different from Tibetan bowls and other instruments in how they put someone into parasympathetic 'rest & restore' state. Simply said, Tibetan bowls work by overwhelming the mind with tones to create relaxation whereas crystal bowls act like tuning frequencies drawing you into the relaxed state. Crystal needs different care and strategies and so with love, I've created this specialized course for you.
