This booking is for a Wednesday Sound Healing Session, virtual from the comfort of your home. There will be a short guided reflection moment with most of the time devoted to you experiencing the healing frequencies of the crystal bowls. Each session will start with one person being chosen to join me on camera and choose an affirmation card for the group. This is a live private session. Sound Healing is one of the most passive forms of meditation and relaxation available, delivering both vibration therapy through frequencies to the vagus nerve & entrainment via music therapy. It's scientific & many say spiritual.
I play crystal bowls that create vibrations and beautiful tones to help calm the nervous system and bring the body back into balance. The most common response is a deep exhale of relief.
I include affirmation cards as part of the experience as when we entrain the mind into Alpha and Theta states, the neural pathways become malleable, making it the right moment to embrace or 'install' a new thought.
